This is a 65.1㎡ detached house designed with the image of a townhouse with 3LDK+Loft, Tsuboyu, and inner garden. Inside, there is an earthen floor and a sunken kotatsu, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely time viewing the inner garden from the semi-open-air bath. It is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the Nankai & Osaka Metro Tengachaya Station, just 2 stops (5 minutes) from Namba Station on the Nankai train, and a direct connection to Kansai Airport in 35 minutes.
The spacious interior of 65.1㎡ with 3LDK+Loft features an earthen floor and a sunken kotatsu. Designed to allow views of the inner garden from the indoor semi-open-air bath, it boasts not only size but also high design aesthetics based on its concept. It creates a cozy atmosphere where you can unwind. We have accommodated guests ranging from as few as 2 people to as many as 8.
The name of Tengachaya, where Bijuu Suites Chaya stands, has a historical significance, as it was once visited by Toyotomi Hideyoshi on his way to Sakai and Sumiyoshi, where he enjoyed tea ceremonies. You can feel the historical concept in each room.
◆1st Floor:
You'll enter the building through a small gate into the front yard. Inside, there's a spacious area with an earthen floor, kitchen, and a living space with a sunken kotatsu.
＜Kitchen＞ Basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your use.
Further inside is the living room with a large dining table for 6.
＜Living Room＞ Featuring a golden wall inspired by Hideyoshi's golden tea room, it combines a cozy space with a mini café area on the earthen floor and views of the sunken kotatsu and inner garden.
＜Inner Garden＞ You can immerse yourself in a sense of tranquility while enjoying the changing seasons of Japan, from fresh greenery to autumn leaves, through the semi-open-air bath and the small window in the living room.
Additionally, there are toilet, dressing room, shower room, and a Tsuboyu.
＜Semi-Open-Air Bath＞ The ceramic bath has a "far infrared effect" that warms and relaxes the body while enjoying views of the inner garden from indoors.
In the bathroom, POLA shampoo & treatment and body soap are provided, along with ReFa hair dryer and two types of SALONIA hair irons in the dressing room.
◆2nd Floor:
Taking the staircase next to the entrance, you'll find an 8-tatami mat Japanese-style room where you can relax on tatami mats with 3 sets of futons.
On the right, there's a bedroom with a double bed, and on the left, another bedroom with a double bed.
The beds are carefully selected products from the globally trusted bedding manufacturer "Simmons" to ensure comfort and quality during your stay. Each room also has air conditioning.
From the Japanese-style room, a ladder leads to a loft where 2 sets of futons can be laid out, perfect for children.

The name Tennoji-ekimae derives from the history of the area, where Toyotomi Hideyoshi once stopped for a tea ceremony on his way to Sakai and Sumiyoshi, leading to the establishment of the Teahouse (later known as Tennoji-ekimae). It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in Osaka, boasting a mix of old-school izakayas evoking the Showa era and trendy eateries with modern vibes.
Convenience stores and large supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk, and many restaurants around the station stay open late into the night.
There's no free parking available, but there are plenty of coin parking lots nearby.
