The living room can accommodate 25 people (standing). We also have a party at the end of the year for more than 20 people. 30 people will be crowded. We think best for around 20 people to enjoy this space.

As the Tempozan and Kaiyukan  is in front of house, you can see many tourists. However, the house is located one street away on the quiet residential street.  At night, it is a very quiet area where you can rest peacefully. Ferry from the nearby shore provide direct access to the USJ. The traffic network that local Osaka people don't know well, beautiful night view can be seen from under the Hanshin Expressway Bay Line.

Just 3-minute walk from Osaka Metro Osaka Port Station, which has outstanding access to USJ and central Osaka. It is also accessible to most sightseeing spots including USJ directly or with one transfer.

Also, 1 minute walk to the 7-Eleven, 4 minutes walk to the supermarket, and lots of restaurants around the station are open until late.

There is one free parking space. There are a lot of coin parking nearby, so please use the coin parkings if you have 2 cars or more.

The nearest station is Osaka Metro Osaka Ko Station, which is just 3-minute walk away.
