After entering the door, there is the spacious living and dining space. There is a TV, a low table, and a sofa to sit comfortably. The sofa is a queen size bed that can sleep 2 people if you unfold it. At the end of the living room is a toilet and washroom, a bathroom and a washing machine. On the left of the entrance is the kitchen. The kitchen has all the basic kitchenware and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) all are free to use.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor.
*Futons will be provided only if the number of guests exceeding 4 people.

1. About Early Check-in
If you arrive after 12 PM, you can leave your luggage inside the entrance, but please refrain from entering the room until 4 PM due to cleaning. Please make sure to notify us when you leave your luggage at the entrance. Please do not unpack your luggage during early check-in. Unpacked luggage will be considered as lost and found from the previous guest and subject to collection and disposal, so please be careful. Please note that we cannot guarantee anything in regards to the above.
2. About Noise
During your stay, please be considerate of the residents in the neighborhood. Avoid speaking loudly, watching TV at a high volume, or making loud footsteps.
If the management receives a complaint from neighbors and the noise continues even after a warning, we will report the matter to the authorities and require you to vacate the room.
In such cases, if any costs are incurred, an additional nuisance fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining nights of your stay.
3.About Smoking
All rooms, facilities (including balconies), and surrounding areas are strictly non-smoking.
If our staff finds guests smoking, or if cigarette butts, burn marks, or tobacco odors are found in the room, an additional room cleaning fee of JPY 20,000 will be charged.
4.About Energy Conservation and Waste Disposal
When you go out or leave the room, please make sure to turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
Please do not take any garbage outside of the facility during your stay.
5. About Guest Entry and Exit
Only guests registered on the site can enter the room or apartment grounds. Please make sure to register the correct number of people at the time of booking. If it is confirmed that more people are entering and exiting than the number of guests registered, we will charge double the amount of the excess based on the number of nights stayed, regardless of whether or not you stay. Please note that shoes are strictly prohibited inside the room. If it is discovered that shoes have been worn inside the room, we may charge an additional cleaning fee of JPY 20,000.
6. About cleaning
If there are any areas that are not clean upon check-in, please contact us immediately. Requests during your stay or after check-out will not be accepted. We do not provide towel exchange or room cleaning during your stay. Please note that the cleaning fee listed on the website is for post-check-in cleaning and does not include room cleaning during your stay.
7. Regarding damages, loss, and soiling
We kindly request you to use the room within the limits of common sense. If any damage or loss of equipment such as Wi-Fi or keys is discovered after check-out, we will immediately charge a fine through the booking site. For long-term stays, please be especially careful about dirt and oil stains in the water area. In case of extreme soiling that cannot be covered by normal cleaning, we may charge a special cleaning fee. If any equipment in the room is damaged or lost, please inform us immediately. Also, if there are any defects or issues with the room at the time of check-in, please inform us immediately. In case of loss of keys, we will charge a cost of 20,000 yen for replacing the cylinder for security reasons.
8. Submission of ID
For residents of Japan, it is mandatory to submit the representative's identification card and signature, and for non-residents, it is mandatory to submit the identification cards and signatures of all guests staying. We have an obligation to keep and submit them to the administration, so we ask for your cooperation.
9. Lost and Found
If we find any lost items, we will keep them at the facility or management office for one week. For lost items without any contact even after one week from the check-out date, we will dispose of them. For food, beverages, and seasonings, we will dispose of them during cleaning for hygiene management.
10. Exceeding the check-out time
If it is discovered that the stay has exceeded the designated check-out time, we will charge as follows: If the time exceeds less than three hours, we will charge the greater of either 2,000 yen per hour or 30% of the accommodation fee for one night set on the check-out date. If the time exceeds three hours or more, we will charge the equivalent amount of the accommodation fee for one night set on the check-out date, with a minimum of 6,000 yen.
11. Extension of stay
If you wish to extend your stay, please make sure to notify us by 8 pm on the day before the check-out date. If you make a request on the check-out date, we may charge an additional fee according to the provisions in 10. mentioned above.
